I would like to know what each state’s labor commissioner (or equivalent in your state) would say to all these if a prospective employee/hire complained. I’d also be interested in how I can get a free cook at one of my businesses before I have to pay him. My state labor law would look unkindly on me....and many of your other examples as well. -
