  1. “Meet counter” at Safeway.....hmmmmm, didn’t realize you liked “chicken” ? and met them there! I’ll have to look!! <tongue in cheek>! I’ve bought a lot of zacky farms and foster farms chix at Vons, etc and never got sick. I’m very careful handling it. I will say lately though I’ve been cooking chicken to 140-145° in the sous vide, then finishing elsewhere and probably not hitting recommended 165°, juicy chicken I’ll agree wholeheartedly Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s a better product and probably safer
  2. Word! (Why am I agreeing with you lately? Lol)
  3. How many years have we been preparing chicken? How many times has it made you sick? Zero sickness for me...but yeah I’m careful and in addition to kitchen wipes I have a squirt bottle of Clorox bleach for the cutting board. Yes...it’s a Boos WOOD cutting board, my Kramer knives prefer wood.
  4. Just today I had a Grindr meet with a young man who was a dockworker local to me. Said he was straight but curious. Exactly my type, looks maybe a 6 of 10 but enthusiastic, not “straight” activities at all...he bottomed like a champ, no kissing. Asked for “gas money”.
  5. I need to try IG....I know very little about it. ModelMayhem worked for me many years in the past uI haven’t even looked lately. It’s fun finding these casual guys...
  6. Just an alternate route...and don’t lump us all together
  7. It works on Grindr, and it’s fun. You need a very thick skin, high tolerance for rejection, and you need to be a little brave. But I’ve had great luck, met a few really cool guys. Previous suggestions have mentioned putting roses emoji ??in your profile, also ? works! I prefer the emojis to any outright text in my profile. You may get reported (we have a forum member right here who reports generous and looking for generous on Grindr). But it’s unlikely. If a conversation gets contentious and you feel it going the wrong way...block the guy ASAP.

  10. Everyone has a personal perception of value. Price doesn’t equal value that’s for sure. But...there can be a difference between $15 coffee beans and $30 coffee beans. I have many friends that won’t pay what I do for a steak...”it tastes the same!” they say. Not. Artisan products take human touch. Green coffee beans from small farms worldwide. Organic products take more labor and more investment. Dry aged beef, wine, cheese....take up storage and real estate while aging. I mentioned above that I’m careful when I shop at Whole Foods. Is some stuff overpriced? Of course. But is there also better quality items for the value of my dollar? Absolutely! And if I have the disposable income and in my budget (or a splurge!) the I’ll do it. Hmmmmm, sounds similar to rate discussions elsewhere on The Forum! ?
  11. OMG +1 I’m so upset ?
  12. I love my Whole Foods...I’m very careful about not spending too much, use my Amazon Prime there. One of the best in my area for fresh fish and of course produce. Some odd flours/grains I use for bread baking usually available in bulk bins or grocery aisle.
  13. Well I can report he is prompt, looks like pics, performs as he advertises on A4A and in his messaging there. He’s very motivated, relaxing massage, a bit talkative but that worked for me today. I think he’s leaving the area Sunday night.
  14. Spanking? Maybe I’ll have him over for that and “punish” him for playing with us ?
  15. I messaged him on A4A just last night...I’m visiting NoSD county...he indicated he’d come to me for $200, intimate nude bed massage, body contact, touching It was really late so we didn’t meet....maybe tonight ??‍♂️
  16. Just texted him...I’ll update on progress
  17. I’m visiting San Diego and for a millisecond a hot RM ad caught my eye, until I realized it was him! ?
  18. @Monpix had been resurrecting 18-19 year old thread 2-3 other times in the last couple days....??‍♂️
  19. Congrats on sobriety... Here’s a thread from a couple months ago about CBD oil. I don’t think it discusses CBD use with sobriety/addiction concerns....but might be helpful https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/cbd-oil-has-anyone-tried-it.146476/#post-1682890
  20. I have friends who have lost multiple cats (and small dogs) in my area to coyotes. I adopted a kitten around Christmas time...so far she is a “house cat” but she’s frantic to get outside. ??‍♂️
  21. The delightful Brian Strowkes just left my place. The young man is 100% as portrayed and advertised. Review will be submitted.
  22. +1 lotsa co-dependency going on
  23. You have him your prescription medicine? Foolish....what if he’d had an adverse reaction to that?
