I booked a massage with Norik Saturday and was greatly disappointed. He just barely brushed my skin it seemed. I could tell he wasn't into the massage at all. When I ask for a deep tissue, I expect to feel pain, but really felt like he barely touched me.

Tried it for the first time today.
Base price is crazy expensive (and it is not even luxurious place). Richie teased me continuously throughout the massage (for example straddling my head with his thighs, brushing his cock against my hand) and then no HE. 20% tip on a $115 massage would be $23, I don't see what is so horrible about $20. It's still well above a 15% tip, which used to be the standard.
