Went to see Jay at Batman (for crowd who yelled at me for asking what Batman Jay looked like: NOT the Jay at HK27) - tall Asian, hefty hot with surprisingly GIANT biceps. Massage was one of the strongest I’ve ever had, and he jumps right in from the beginning. Very, ahem, active presence. Lots of oil (the most I’ve ever had used), which I know some don’t love. Liked that it was $20 cheaper than HK27 for such a strong massage, would repeat. I prob won’t answer if you DM me for further details fyi

Based on recent reviews here, it seems that even when customers email or try to get the manager’s attention, nothing changes. No one seems to care. This should really be reported to 311. They just talk, but the massage therapists continue doing whatever they want
