YES ...this is indeed a Federal case, subject to specific Federal sentencing guidelines. However, the Judge has latitude to which upper and lower range of those guidelines he opts to sentence someone like POS Wolfe. AND there are clear researchable studies out there which factually confirm that in Liberal / Blue States like NY and California, Federal Judges tend to sentence criminals for these Federal felony child porn crimes at the HIGHER end end of the national Federal guidelines!

Forgot to add the likely reasons for him abruptly firing his lawyer last April are threefold: He didn't like the prison term involved...he's seriously fucked in da head...he wanted to send one final fuck you to his former girlfriend he battered to a bloody disfigured pulp who was there in Court with her family that day. Firing his lawyer because he thinks a not-guilty verdict is actually possible, despite horrific disfigured victim photos + damning police and medical reports + two previous Quebec Judges who denied him bail as a "continuing danger to society", is totally delusional!:(

There is ZERO doubt of a guilty verdict here > the only issue of how much additional prison sentence time he will be facing. The horrific photographic evidence of both victims was more than enough for this roided-out animal to be immediately thrown into Quebec jail without any bail at any amount whatsoever. Forgot to make the point that given he's been held in Quebec prison, without bail, for 19+ months now > there is NO doubt of a guilty verdict here. The only real question is how much more time he'll be required to spend in jail when his prison sentence is finally handed down, minus time already served + earliest parole eligibility date.
