Maybe but it’s the business he’s in. Of course the OP has the right to decline and the “masseur” has the right to not send photos (especially with the amount of time wasters he has to deal with), but it is interesting that he won’t send that stuff after having explicit conversations with the OP about services. I’ve not encountered this situation before personally. I may just cut my losses and move on to a different provider.
