Updating this thread!  Namwa - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.  Used them 2x - and the whole process could not have been easier.  Ended up going with Kento and Wataru - both were great, very limited English but have great bodies.  All in all, it was much needed stress release in between sight seeing 😜

I did 120 minutes. Figured I might not be back in Japan for a long while so I would splurge especially with the no tipping culture and the currency exchange rate being so favorable right now. It was slightly longer was with the testicular stretch add-on, did a 100 min plus the 40 minute add on just to see what it was like, but it didn't feel very sensual to me.
Do upgrade to energy up or body reset!! I had tried both and they are both very very enjoyable. I imagine the regular massage is just a HJ at the end and you can do anywhere else.
Ahhhh, yes! My first choice would be Daiya too. He was only available on Sunday the week I was there, but I had to leave for Osaka.  
If you don't mind, can you PM me details about your experience with Kento? My fomo/regret was not trying out the outcall or the BJ to staff options. With the incall, there usually was another room in the place and another masseur with a client in the other room so I don't know if that affects their behavior. If you do an in-call though, they have an annual Namwa magazine you can pick up and it showcases some of the other masseurs with their face pic in case you go for a second round with them.

For Namwa, I went with a safe choice with Shogo to start because he is listed as an english speaker and had a really good first experience and it was easy to communicate. 
I also tried out Jio if you want someone tall and to tower over you ;). Also a really good experience and worthy of the gold star status. Both were incalls so I wish I tried an outcall or the BJ to staff option. I added the testical stretch option and it was just okay, i wouldn't really recommend that for the price and would stick with the energy up or body reset. 

Utagane was a pretty good recommendation too, would recommend Fudo at "Protect Body" if you venture out to Osaka. 
Redline was my least favorite, 5 minutes of massage and then it was just an escorty experience as mentioned previously. Would have preferred more of the fantasy element and the build up, tbh.
Didn't get a chance to try out i-Land as a comparison, so maybe next time.

Price in USD so obviously catering to foreigners, but I can’t see how that’s worth it. You communicate directly with the masseur(s). Start off by translating your emails into Japanese before sending them. If they speak English, they can respond accordingly, but I think it's a nice touch, if not respectful considering you are (will be) in their country. Book a few days in advance if possible, or at least a day in advance. I probably tried a couple of guys before having success, but that's normal even in my home city. I met both of the guys I hired at my hotel. It was very convenient and saved me from having to travel. Either way, they charge a fee - a travel fee for them to come to you or a fee to use their room. If you are not comfortable finding your way around in Japan, hosting in your room is probably a better choice. The Japanese address is very different than western address system. Google Maps is pretty good but even that isn't perfect in Japan. lol

It's basically a way for independent masseurs to advertise their availability to a wider audience. That said, YMMV from one experience to another. For example, I hired one guy who gave a very light massage and was otherwise just a "cuddle buddy" and the session ended with a HE. The second guy gave a great massage and we ended up having sex. I wouldn't necessarily expect sex each time though.
The one thing that is pretty consistent is the massage is given with both parties nude and you will start off by taking a shower together. Payment is handled at the beginning of the session.
