Looks like he removed the tipping aspect from his ad. He’s spent a lot of time in Europe and he’s very well versed in European customs - and likely knows how they feel about tipping. I’ve done both in the U.S. and it makes no difference to him. So no, don’t tip if you’re not comfortable with it and don’t let his previous requests for tips prevent you from seeing him.
