Per your account and what you've expressed it seems is though you already have a strong command of the situation. Given how you've outlined the scenario and subsequent interactions it appears that your time wasn't prioritized and you weren't offered a suitable alternative. If you truly believe that the provider could have made a necessary adjustment to ensure to honor the commitment and it's probably best for you to not seek audience with them again. -
I have seen him twice while traveling to vegas. He's very easy to schedule an appointment with, very conversational, provides a high quality massage and listens to you as a customer if you specifically asked him to address areas of concern or areas of needed attention. He's very attractive, photos are accurate, up-to-date and he is actually more appealing in person.
