I have found someone whom I would be excited to bring to Chile with me for the more rural, nature-driven part of my trip. Update on the situation is that he just ghosted. He ignored my follow up text, but he did reply on RentMen when I sent a message, so he is just choosing not to reply to my text messages. I suppose the generous interpretation is that he felt embarrassed about skipping our meet. I don't know.
