I should add that the obituary generally precedes any funeral/burial/wake or shiva, and notifies people of the time, date and location of the memorial arrangements. The "death notice" is focused on providing just the information necessary for creditors to identify the decedent and the venue for filing claims against the estate or the means of containing the executor/personal representative of the estate.
-
Thanks, but I'm not sure that's correct (I've been through this process three times in the past 7 years). Generally, the initial "notice" is an obituary containing the details you site. There are less descriptive "notices" that are published as part of probating the estate. Those notices run in a newspaper acceptable to the Court and give the basic details of the deceased name, county of residence, and the filing of the probate documents to alert creditors to the death and the estate proceedings.

I get the confusion, but I read it as offering video if the client doesn't want to meet in person, but a willingness to travel to meet in person. Maybe something else in the ad makes my reading less probable.

Entrapment is generally understood to enticing someone to commit a crime s/he otherwise would not commit. Lying to say you're not law enforcement wouldn't evidence entrapment because fear of being caught isn't relevant to entrapment, it's whether the accused formed the requisite criminal intent.

The closer the contact, the more probable the spread. Direct contact via kissing is more likely to spread the virus than being within 6 feet. But it doesn't make any sense to me to be within kissing distance and refrain from kissing because the risk of spreading the virus is great enough even without kissing.

A death notice is generally referred to as an obituary. If you perceive a difference, please explain. Thanks.

I doubt it's a policy, and I'm certain it's not legally significant. Does anyone remember those awful shows on NBC called "To Catch A Predator"? They used decoys to lure men seeking sex with underage girls to locations where they were filmed, and they were also arrested. No sex actually occurred, no one got naked, and no money was exchanged. It was the act of showing up that took the matter from being merely a "thought" crime to an actual one.
-
Can you find that obituary? I've seen one, and as is standard in such death notices, it lists the children and their spouses but does not give their ages. It would be odd to include the ages of surviving children in an obit.

Some aspects I hadn't considered. But I'd expect law enforcement to be more insistent on meeting rather than less, at least if it's a sting rather than the LEO wanting to actually hire a guy for fun rather than to make an arrest.
-
I wouldn't. It puts the thought in mind.

I believe Shane is the oldest, Vince the middle child, and Hal is the youngest.

The bit about reviews predating or closely following creation of an ad seems to come up quite often. I'm assuming there's a glitch in the RM system. Perhaps it's that reviews follow the IP address of the "model" even if/when he creates a new ad. In any event, I'm quite sure that Daniel Fox has advertised on RM since well before the "member since" date in his ad profile. I am a fan of the Daniel Fox who did porn (different guy), so I've noticed this Daniel Fox's ad.

I attempted to address this to you via DM, but you limit that option, so here goes: This last post is a gratuitous attack on another forum member/poster. I've observed the two of you trading barbs, but I'm not sure why you feel so strongly the need to make this personal. Is the venom really necessary? I'd encourage restraint rather than attack. Forum members have been suspended or expelled for attacking other members, so it's playing with fire to engage in a vendetta.

So, based on your criteria and descriptions, would you consider yourself feminine and thus not your own type?

Why won't "mepatter" take the not so subtle suggestion from GuyFawkes to stop his tirade? The more he posts, the more I suspect his motives and doubt his judgment.

I don't know how to access prior ads, but he's run some in the past, usually for brief times. Escorting doesn't seem a serious pursuit of his, but an occasional activity.

Mitchell Rock is all kinds of sexy. He's run ads. Here's a link to an expired ad (but still accessible). https://rentmen.eu/MitchellrockNow

Before there was broad knowledge about the ways in which HIV spread, unprotected sex was prevalent both on and off screen among gay men in porn. After a while, studios started taking precautionary measures -- most gay porn studios required condom usage on film, while most straight porn studios required testing but continued with unprotected sex on screen.

I'm guessing that the "connection" is that not paying in advance is another matter of consensus on the boards/forums, as is hiring well-reviewed guys (reviewed on Daddy's or vetted in the forums). The bit about not paying in advance is a more robust consensus, to be sure, but there is a general consensus, often discussed, that hiring is safest if the escort is well reviewed on Daddy's or very well discussed in the forums.

To be fair, Gymowner's point was not that the person who placed the ad using fake pics should be protected, it was that identifying the real name of the person whose pics were used was uncool. If those were stole pics, there must be a way to make that clear without tying the ad together to the innocent person whose pics were stolen. If the person using the pics is, instead, the model, then he's using his own pics and exposing his non-escort name/identity is also uncool.

FYI: That site is coupled to this set of forums. They used to be all one site, but were split after the FOSTA/SESTA laws were enacted. The reason reviews aren't allowed here is that they belong on the review site. Long term, this set of forums won't likely survive if clients don't submit reviews to Daddy's. It's Daddy's Reviews that has sponsors like Flirt4Free. Those sorts of sponsors are more likely to continue with Daddy's Reviews if that site has fresh reviews. So, it's a service to all of us who use these forums to go through the process of submitting reviews to Daddy's Reviews.

If you got in trouble, it was probably for "reviewing" an escort in the message center. The solution is easy: submit a review to Daddy's Reviews. You can then direct readers in the message center to that review.

Go to the RentMen ad. In the review section, click see all reviews. Copy the address in the address bar. Open a VPN (I use "hide.me"). From the VPN menu, select the "free" option. Paste the address of the reviews into the search box and enter -- it may take a few times to get past the "enter" rentmen page. Once you have the reviews, you can click on the name of the reviewer. It will bring you to his profile. Scroll down to see his reviews, if any. I find it helpful to know whether a reviewer has reviewed other escorts, especially those I've heard more about. You can also see whether an enthusiastic/prolific reviewer of escort A also reviewed other escorts and if he was prolific in reviewing those other escorts. In this instance, the reviewer with multiple reviews has reviewed a number of other escorts, some multiple times. To me, that mitigates the inference that his multiple reviews of hotstudlat are, in fact, written by hotstudlat. Hope that helps.

He was never a classic looker, even in his early porn days when he sported an unkempt blond mop. His main selling point was the size of his dick. He doesn't appear to have aged well.

I'm not sure the point of posting about these encounters if you're not going to point us to a review you wrote or id the provider. If it's just to vent about a bad experience, please preview the recap of the encounter with a statement saying so. Otherwise we're left to wonder how the post is useful to us as readers.
