I don't there's a consensus view. First, I don't think you can generalize from personal experience to say most fakes are posted by latinos or by extension, that Latino escorts are more likely to post fake pics than other escorts. Your experience may be the result of a few things, on their own or in combination. First, where you live may play a role -- there may be a large Latino population, and therefore a lot of Latino escorts. Second, your preferences may lead you to hire more Latino escorts. Either would likely result in coming across more Latinos with fake pics.

I wouldn't read too much into the "visiting" business. For some, it's sloppiness. For others, it's used to create a sense of urgency and promote current hiring.

You may be reading too much into it. He responded and said nothing discouraging. Had he been averse to clients like you, he either wouldn't respond or he'd say your not a good fit. He left the ball in your court. If, for whatever reason, you feel uncomfortable meeting somewhat who isn't affirmatively encouraging, it's probably better that you don't book him. Whether that's because he's not into it or you need more encouragement than he provides, it's not a good set up for a great time for you.
