  1. Interesting that you said that ... because it is what I've come to think. Not that there are necessarily fewer bots and scammers on Scruff, but even the profile format there encourages users to share more information about who they are, what they're into (not just sexually) and what they are looking for. Grindr has much more of the "wham bang, thank you " feel about it to me.
  2. If you're looking for escort recommendations, I have nothing to offer . (Have never hired there.) if you're looking for eco-tourist info, PM me ... I have a couple of favorite spots.
  3. Conservative culture/family, etc. makes (unfortunately) very good sense. I've been dating a young gentleman (not Indian or other south asian, but from a very conservative culture) and the relationship is likely to tail off eventually, because he sees no way to come out to his family and close family friends, so building a fullsome relationship is difficult. And it does seem to me - given a substantial amount of history in the original cultures of south, east, and southeast Asia - that the extreme rejection of homosexuality was powerfully reinforced - if not created - under the Raj, while the Brits were exploiting and screwing up the cultures and economies of their entire empire, from the Middle East across Asia. My opinion on looks, however, differs from yours, scorpio. I find a GREAT MANY South Asian men to be devastatingly handsome, whether they are here in the U.S., In india, or in South Africa, Singapore, or elsewhere. Personally, I like the lean look. https://rentmen.eu/thewildwizard ... is a perfect example. Drop dead gorgeous! (And looks sweet and fun also.)
  4. WHO IS THIS GORGEOUS HUNK OF MAN??? AND WHERE CAN I FIND HIM ABND/OR MORE IMAGES/VIDEOS OF HIM???
  5. Mexico City - one of my favorite cities on the planet - is huge, complex, and has some extraordinary museums superb restaurants, and many unique neighborhoods. Zona Rosa is the traditional "gay" area; lots of bars and nightlife. La Condessa is more upscale urban residential; lovely streets, lots of excellent restaurants, nice AirBnB's. I have loved every minute of every one of my many visits there. As far as covid goes, my Mexican friends tell me that the place is still a disaster. As much as I love it, I ain't going till I hear differently. Hell, some neighborhoods don't have running water on a good day, so something as simple as handwashing becomes an issue for residents.
  6. I don't want to hijack the thread, but just what does F.M.R.G mean? I'm pretty sure I know what the F and M stand for ... but the rest of it? Thanks!
  7. I last saw him a couple of years ago, and he still looked as good as in these pics! He plays well with others, also, although I haven't done that with him in a while. BHot, very nice guy. If he came to my town I'd hire him again in a flash.
  8. Worth every penny, IMHO. And please treat him with respect. He is as sweet as he is hot.
  9. Vadim before those god-awful tatoos all over his chest! super hot!

  11. You are most welcome, DbD! Your idea about meeting your guy in Mexico sounds interesting. There, you would "only" need to deal with the pandemic.
  12. My best source? My Colombian BF. Seriously though, if you don't know Spanish, look around for news from strongly bi-lingual countries like Costa Rica. As hesitant as I am to say it, FaceBook can help. Costa Rican journalist Glenda Umaña does a good job, and a click auto-translates her postings on FB can into passable English. (https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=Glenda%20Umaña). One recent post of hers, translated: My niece asks me... what's going on in Colombia? It's hard to report clearly. We do know that at least 19 families are mourning because one of their own has died, during protests and clashes that have left us open from the pain of hearing and clearly seeing shots and attacks. What began with the fury of the population over the government's tax-raising initiative has been maintained for days despite the resignation of the Minister of Finance and the announcement to backtrack tax reform. The United Nations denounces violations of human rights by the armed forces. In the middle of the pandemic and increasing contagion, the different groups are agglomerating. Some desperately imploring ceasefire from this torment that has had as the main epicenter, the city of Cali. While at the same time spreading false news that confuse the population... one wonders from a sociological point of view how it has come to this point and what impact mental health, lockdown, unemployment, economic pressures can have Covid-19 provoked that has all changed our lives. We join in prayer for the return to peace in beloved Colombia, for the 800 injured, for those who have passed away...
  13. The situation continues to deteriorate. The issue is not "just" covid" - which is running rampant, but also social unrest triggered by regressive tax policies recently enacted by the government. Heavy on middle- and working- class, very light on the very wealthy. (Sound familiar?) Stay tuned ... and for now ... stay away - if a pleasure trip is what you're planning. Our English-language news sources aren't covering this situation well at all.
  14. saw him today. massage was ok as a serious massage (though it was WONDERFULLY sensual). Extras were phenomenal. Hot, very good-looking, well-built, horny guy. will repeat. If any of those reviews were fake (and I'm not saying they were), they are still accurate! I'm getting hard just thinking about this stud. And he's a very nice fguy to boot.
  15. Has anyone seen this hunk? https://rentmasseur.com/Rick_unique
  16. Looks interesting ... https://rentmasseur.com/Rick_unique/ Thanks!
  17. Latest reports of major civil unrest in several cities, in the middle of the pandemic. Caseloads out of control, and lockdowns everytwhere. In brief: Chaos. I wouldn't recommend heading there right now ... as much as I would love to visit there myself!!!
  18. I'm dating myself, and not being very PC, but back in my youth (decades ago) we used to say that "bisexual" meant that someone liked both men and boys.
  19. Please PM me any details you are comfortable with sharing. Very seriously interested! Thanks!~
  20. People who are fully vaccinated are most certainly traveling now. And there can be issues unrelated to whether they themselves get COVID. Two friends of mine took off for their favorite vacation spot in Africa a few weeks ago ... and after being there for most of their allotted time, discovered that the entire country was being placed on lockdown. (And still is.) Happily, they are content (and able) to stay where they are for the time being ... and not everyone has that kind of easy flexibility. The COVID situation in Columbia and Ecuador is not good right now. Quito, for example, has nightrly curfew, beginning @ 8pm.
  21. Almost unbelievably gorgeous!!!
  22. I am now on my second rescue dog from the same org here on the east coast, although they seem to get most of their dogs from the midwest and southeast. Previous rescue was hand-picked for us by the org ... and was a perfect fit. Was 2 years old when we got her, and lived with us for 14 years before "crossing the rainbow bridge" as some pet fanciers refer to it. Just got a second one ... suggested by the org coordinator as an better alternative for me to a dog I liked on their website. That dog would have needed more "work" and exercise than I was able to provide. This one is, once again, perfect for me in my current situation. They certainly did give me the opportunity to meet the pooch they suggested at their facility to be sure the attraction was mutual. It was. And their "read" of the dog's personality and needs were 100% on-target. My sense is that these rescue orgs are, by nature, humanitarian (dog-itarian?) in the extreme ... or they wouldn't be doing what they do. (They're sure as hel;l not into it for the money!) They want to be sure that the "fit" works; the last thing they want is for a pup to either act out in its new home or be returned. If they say no small kids, it means that they haven't been able to ascertain that the dog would be safe with small children. If they talk about the need for exercise, they are talking about a dog that REALLY NEEDS exercise to be healthy and manageable. As far as not wanting them to be left outside unattended, a nephew of mine adopted a dog that easily (and repeatedly!) cleared the 6-foot fence around their yard when no-one was looking!! Also, when I took the new pooch to our vet and raved about how wonderful she is, the vet asked about the particular rescue org from which I adopted. When I told her, the vet said that she often saw rescues from other orgs that did not work out, but had never seen any "mismatch" from the place I worked through. She assumed that this place somehow screened the dogs, both when they picked them up, and while they were holding them prior to adoption, and also screened potential adopters to make the best match. So my sense is to just go with the flow with whatever rescue org you choose, and accept that they probably have reasons for their rule/requests. Good luck!! And have fun!!
