Saw him (twice!)last week-first in SF, then in Oakland. It’s all real.  Amazing hands, muscles, lips and, well, you’ve seen the other… it’s real, and perfect, IMO. Nothing negative. Zero red flags. Said he’s only been doing this a few months. I paid 300/hour, as have most of his sensual/ erotic clients, and that’s a bargain compared to some other guys I’ve seen. I don’t think either could have been better. From the beginning, I knew I scored with this masseur. Ruggedly handsome, huge muscles, smelled great, friendly, wanting to please. Met ArthurPro again last night! Great guy, kind, affectionate and articulate.  Meticulously clean.  Great experience. He’s bigger than the first time I met him.  Shoulders and arms are really great, his chest is fantastic, but his legs are enormous! Massive and cut, including diamond calves. He enjoys showing and sharing what he’s built and is very accommodating. Can’t say enough about him. Definitely worth it!

If you message him thru RM, he will get back to you. I found him to be responsive and fairly prompt, but he does have a “day job”. He’s reviewed elsewhere in this forum. He is not a “Muscle Mary” only looking to be worshiped. He’s about massage and pleasing his clients (if “muscle worship” is your thing, I’m sure he’d oblige). Highly recommend. 

I agree with many of your points here but not this. 
Clients also bear significant risks of physical security, reputational damage, extortion etc 
Lack of respect and much of that being stigma based is certainly true. But it’s two way. Some providers (not all) likely view clients not as peers in a transaction but as pathetic, outcasts etc who have no option than to meet with them for what they perhaps think comes easy to them. And this is behind what I think is sometimes bizarre behavior against their own self interest (long term / strategic / revenue maximizing). And a provider who is already public somewhat doesn’t have anonymity to lose whereas a client does.
The long list of potential attempts to gain leverage over clients - though requiring eg photos, “real” phone numbers, electronic trail for deposits and payment all have benign explanations. But also many not so harmless ones as well. 
And again, we’re talking about some providers, not all.
