Oh wow, very sad news. As others have said he was a sweetheart and I will add a kind and gentle man. Met him several times (my home time, Boston and Raleigh) and remember our encounters with fondness. I lost contact with him once his ad had expired but did try several times to reach him without success. My condolences to those that knew him and to his family and friends.

I truly enjoy my evening cocktail hour(s). What I drink varies depending on the time of year. With some simple appetizers it is something I truly enjoy and look forward to. Last year I did my first dry January and it was a great thing to do. It helped that a friend of mine also did it. I think it is, for me, an excellent way to start the year and a way to drop some of the holiday weight by eliminating some empty calories that comes with the alcohol. I will do it again this year but will start on January 2 as our family has a social gathering on New Years day so there will be a few toasts to participate in. I will extend dry January into February by one day to make up for it Happy New Years to everyone.

All that is true and I agree, especially about having to make your own choices. There are a number of other considerations in my decision to do what I have detailed, all of which are too involved to go into. Needless to say that for me it is something that I feel comfortable with and necessary to do for myself and others that may be impacted by my decision to hire and how to hire.

I haven't hired since the start of the pandemic and try to not let my little head do my thinking for me. I am considering, however, hiring based on the escort indicating they are fully vaccinated (I am as well, along with a booster). Also I'm going to ask them if they would be willing to take a rapid self-test at the time of our meeting, which I would bring with me (I would indicate I would take one at the same time as well). Not sure how it will be received but it is the only way I would proceed with a meeting at this point in time. Perhaps not full proof but an extra level of caution. I would have to come up with a way to deal with payment should one (or both) of us get a positive result. My thinking is if he is positive then no payment and if I am positive then half.

He's had his fair share of legal issues the last couple of years. 2019 he faced charges related to threatening to murder his wife in front of 3 of his kids (he has 7 children). He was charged with armed criminal action, domestic assault, kidnapping and unlawful use of a weapon. All of that could have resulted in 25+ years in prison. He rejected a plea deal, went to trial and found not guilty on all counts. Early 2020 he was arrested and faced being charged with rape, three counts of statutory rape and two counts of statutory sodomy. Police say he abused a 10 year old girl over many years.

The perp, Maxwell Berry, plays the victim card and tweeted the following a few days ago: "On August 4, 2021, he wrote on Twitter, “This will forever be the most dehumanizing experience in my entire life. Many people laughed and ridiculed me as I was mistreated by staff of a PROFESSIONAL airline. Just to make matters worth this has gone “viral” on the internet and will never disappear. My life will never be.” He also tweeted, “Can somebody tell what the hell is funny about being duct taped to an airplane seat? I was treated like livestock”. He deleted both tweets before the day ended. He has been charged with 3 counts of misdemeanor battery (released on $1,500 bond). The FBI declined to charge him with anything.

I sent out messages to 4 of his reviewers. One blocked me, one hasn’t replied and two gave very positive feedback on their meetings. I did request his private pics and he did open them for me. Not much more than the only one shown, just different poses of the same. I’m still on the fence with this guy but may reach out to him to see if I get a better feeling one way or the other.

I am thrilled to hear this. I don't see any mention of Maggie Smith being part of it and in the last movie I recall her character telling Mary she had a terminal illness so perhaps she won't be around. If that is so I will deeply miss the Dowager Countess of Grantham as she was one of the characters I most enjoyed. Nevertheless I will wait with bated breath for this to come out later this year.

Congrats on your date. Speaking for myself being a bisexual, to be with a man I have to be attracted to them physically (which makes it more about the sex than anything else). With regards to women I definitely need to be attracted to their personality (so more about the emotional relationship). So that is the opposite of the guy you met. By no means do I consider myself representative of the majority of bisexuals (or the minority), it is just me. In my interaction with other bisexuals I would say it is 50/50 for the two different preferences. Not sure that helps you or not.
