A high fiber diet should take care of hemorrhoids. It causes the stool to be loose and voluminous. It will pass more easily, with less friction, less tension and less irritation. And invest in better quality toilet paper. I believe in extreme cases surgery is a solution.

I subscribe to the theory that people are not machines. Not everybody is going to be enthusiastic about 'performing' with ME. I have no problem sending a picture or answering questions from a service provider. I am sorry to say, but sending a picture of a $100 bill is just plain RUDE.

Thank you. I did ask also. I was quoted $600 safe, $700 bare for a one-hour incall for the couple. The South Bronx doesn't phase me so much. Inwood and Riverdale are nice neighborhoods actually. But it is still expensive.
