  1. How would his legal status be ascertained? Or just assume that he's here illegally and 2 scenarios come to mind: 1. If he's here illegally, then he might flee without payment (but the client may be blacklisted on provider forums). 2. If he's here legally, then pay him extra so that he leaves peacefully (and doesn't have the client blacklisted on provider forums).
