Everything else will be clarified and the issue I’m pointing out is not just about the presence of a lounge, but rather, the therapist/receptionist whatever texted me for a definite time and I came in just a FEW minutes early, and yet it’s way past 4 pm, almost 4:30pm, so if indeed a massage is happening inside, they double booked? Or for some reason massage got extended whatsoever? They could have messaged me and said if they could adjust the time frame. Look at the last text, time stamp states 5:20 pm. The hell??? No that is unacceptable, and I’ve been to a lot of spas, from the bougie ones to a dumpster like, they have the worst customer care or help or whatever.
