Have said this before, but I used to meet with a former Marine, and now firefighter for a major US county, who wanted nothing more (often begged) than to give me head and bottom for me. Most large buildings in large cities need to do huge maintenance projects at times. Many of these HOAs have millions in the bank ready to spend on these projects when needed. I'm sure a huge chunk of that $4K goes toward replacement reserves like this.

If he's so exclusive, the least he should do is deem his pictures "private". Even a country hick like me was able to see his "semi-private" pictures (and his pictures are hotter than Chernobyl).
