I doubt an "improved" Canadian immigration process would either increase or decrease tourism......legal pleasure visitors to any country virtually never make travel decisions based on what it's like to go thru customs/immigration......yes, there may be a very few number of individuals who have such a horrible experience that they say, "never again"........most experienced international travelers expect that there may be a grumpy immigration officer, a balky scanner, long lines, some questions, confusion about which line to get in........ admittedly, I've only entered Canada once via an airport......

finished it a couple nights ago......great script, acting, cinematography........it got a bit more complicated as it went on, but nothing crazy......Young Mazino as Paul was certainly in great shape....... mention was made upthread about whether the next-to-last episode should've finished it.......good question!.......certainly not much happened in the last episode (meaning of life stuff and a final resolution), but ending it with the crash would've been a bit too easy......good points about either option.....

thanks, @12is12 .... it sounds like not all dancers got fully naked during their stage show, even at the second song??..... when I was there in 2016, I believe all (or very close to all) dancers got fully naked on stage, aroused or not...... if this new "policy" is true, I'm wondering if management was forced to relax nudity requirements in order to continue to attract new talent

at my one-and-only (so far) entry to MTL in 2016, I admit I didn't know how to use the passport self-scanner and somewhat loudly expressed this.....passport was manually checked by a human, but I was then directed to have my luggage inspected......I wasn't intensely interrogated, luggage check was fairly quick, staff was humorless, and I was on my way..... however, during a crossing at Carway, AB, to go use the nearest (to Glacier Natl Park) library computer (yes, years ago) at Cardston, AB, the very helpful Canadian officer gave me directions and even suggested the Subway I was hoping for lunch at.....the Subway even took my greenback

if you're comfortable using hotwire (nonrefundable, unnamed hotel), I'm just now seeing a Doubletree, Crowne Plaza and a Hampton Inn, among others, in Crystal City for 170-199 plus taxes/fees for those dates.......a hack with hotwire is to sort by lowest to highest rate, note the star rating and number of Expedia reviews in the unnamed hotel (cheaper rate), and scroll down to the named hotel with the exact same number of reviews and star rating to find out which one the unnamed hotel is......works about 90% of the time.......

in fact, Schmuck's last four reviews are apparently all from the same "sub" with each review's text getting progressively longer and more graphic.......not my thing, but if this client is happy (and safe!), whatever!.........
