Only when we get the population density of Europe will train travel be viable in the US. Those few areas of the US already with that density have successful train operations. It's a nice dream, but geography, economics, and selfish Americans doom it.

during my one and only, so far, visit to Montreal in 2016, I think I remember no curtains at all at Campus......but the cubicles were somewhat small/narrow and I realized the dancer could stand and face me sitting inside the stall and act as a "door" of sorts.....the dancers also realized this and were happy to oblige and close the door 😉

I don't watch Jeopardy!, but have heard of all the fussing since Alex died......seeing this thread, I youtubed a clip of her in action as host to see what she is/was like.......gotta say I liked her style and presentation.....a friendly, down-to-Earth speaking tone (not gameshow-style) and very careful pronunciation and articulation

I don't think the current pictures of "Thebenefit" match at all with the earlier pictures of Abels/ModelXXX/what-have-you.......I have not met with 'any' of these guys, but, with all the controversy and forum hand-wringing over 'them', I'd just go with an entirely different worry-free guy that the forum endorses.......(my quotes in the previous sentence are to emphasize the questions over who all is involved in all these profiles) I realize all the various pictures in these various profiles are tantalizing, @queensboroboy , but I'd give up on Thebenefit.......

Finished it. Last three episodes (8-10) seemed better, somehow, than 5-7. Flashbacks to Elizabeth and Margaret partying with the Americans (great jazz scene) at the end of WW2 were nice. Don't know if Harry being perennially grumpy is accurate or not. The use of ghosts offering advice is still effective. The final minutes, with music swelling and Elizabeth walking away, alone, will be emotional to many.

I'm sure there's a reason why Matt isn't able to use the private house anymore and why the Burbank warehouse is the best he could find for now.......maybe the neighbors in that cul-de-sac just got tired of the monthly traffic jams and cars blocking the street??

have not met him, but the 70 all five-star reviews is impressive......I wonder if he asks clients to leave a review.......

plowing thru the final six episodes of season 6 (E5-10) currently after their drop a couple days ago or so.....much is devoted to William and a bit to Harry as they grow up and navigate their relationship with Dad/press/school......Kate is introduced in E7 with some stuff about her mother's plans in all this (I don't know what's true and not).......there's a bit about Blair and the Queen working together....and other stuff in there....... as with the entire series, great cinematography, sets, script, the whole bit........but this William/Kate stuff and all just seems too recent to me and a bit soap-opera-ish........I guess I liked the older history (however accurate or not it was) of the earlier episodes...... three more episodes to go tomorrow......still a fun trashy watch......

easy image search on picture #1 quickly leads to an Angeleno much into the music scene (and the WeHo scene).....the RM profile was created last January (2023) and I presume if it is using stolen pictures, the pictured guy would've been clued into it by now....so could be real and he doesn't care that his pictures are out there??.....
