It's my humble opinion that most of us here in America suffer from the Walmart effect.... I want it bigger, faster, & cheaper... but I wanna feel like I'm 1st class, 5 star, &5 diamond. Again IMHO we have created the current lack of service experienced in the airline industry. And I'm not just discussing the current state of affairs post pandemic my perception reaches way before the pandemic ravaged the industry.

I've not been to Boston since Jordan Marsh & Filene's were still planted firmly on Washington Avenue. I'm sure a shit-ton has changed, but imagine there's still lots to do. Any suggestions on things I might miss, but need to do or revisit?
