I know I'm going to take some 💩 here with all the options in the Northeast. My concern is that so many will say yes, sure... and then don't come prepared. And worse, the ghosting and just non-responsiveness of many. I am trying to find a well-reviewed, smooth guy that has leather pants and is versatile. Anyone know someone who fits the bill? Also, any recommendations for DC hotels? Similar to these guys...

it is crazy! I know inflation is real, but come on... And I know that the employees who make these hotels what they are do not likely cash in at the same level as owners and shareholders.

Other than the Ramada, where is it not going to be a scandal where I walk in with a hot young man. Petit Ermitage, Kimpton La Peer and Chamberlain are on you list of interest. I've stayed at Sofitel several times, but think it was getting tired last time I was there. Thoughts? Maybe nothing is more 'accessible' that Ramada, but urgh.
