I, too, am on Mounjaro. Went from 230 to 190 in about 3 to 4 months. I suspect I am just maintaining now too. I'm on the lowest dose. I wonder if I should ask to go up a dose to try and get to 160. I'm just under 5'8" ...

Skip the $100+ car ride and the crawl through traffic. JFK’s AirTrain takes you straight to Jamaica Station, where you can hop on the Long Island Railroad or the subway. Even traveling heavy—with my big checked bag and backpack—I’ve done this multiple times without a single issue. It's usually about 40 minutes and under $30 to get right into Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall, with one transfer at Jamaica. Faster, cheaper, and way less stressful than sitting in a car watching the meter climb. I've done this 3 times since my original ask last year.
