*scam artist and providers are separate categories. never send a deposit to a NEW provider, with NO reviews. Solid providers with loads of reviews and haev been around for a good while are generally super kind and care about their business and clients.

I think some (most) providers list PNP as a way to say - they don't mind if you do PNP, rather than they do indulge themselves. There seems to be a big market for it. However, perhaps a thread should be posted about PNP instead of this one where the OP was asking about NYWhore? (god I love that name!) I concur. I took the plunge and definitely recommend it. Despite being incredibly handsome he was really down to earth - I really like that all of his photos are essentially selfies rather than model shots in a studio - but this guy is a genuine stud and could be in porn or model easily. The apartment was in a great location. Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed despite feeling a tad intimidated initially by how handsome he was. 10 out 10 recommend.

I don't know that I would say this is bad customer service - you haven't paid him a penny and you are not his customer. You were probably the 10th person to contact him that day with no intention of seeing him. I would say leaving a review like this is in bad taste, but I hope it made you feel better.

I've only been asked once and it did take me by surprise. I think I am probably an above-average-looking guy who hires providers not because I need to - I live in the city and can get laid on Grindr/Sniffies whenever I like - it's more about having guys that are A+ and fufiling certain fantasies without too much conmpromise. I agree there should be a way forum where providers can talk about clients using their rentmen profile names - yes they can change them - but so can providers. Uber allows drivers to rate passengers! as long as numbers and real names are not disclosed I don't see the harm.

I would advise you not to send money to people you meet online in these situations where the person has a brand new only months-old profile, and ZERO reviews - both here and on RM. Commonsense would have told you to not do that. It's good you have posted your experience here and on another thread to warn people of this particular profile. It would be worthwhile to send info of this experience to RM website too.

LOL if you want people to think you are getting 10 - 15 clients a day, and 10-15 that are happy to send a $20 deposit to lock the meeting down. Why would a provider take a $20 when they could see the client and get $300. Make it make sense. It doesn't make sense. And as good old judge judy says - if it doesn't make sense, its not true.
