  1. Don't you have people on speed dial who can tag in?
  2. You guys know generic Truvada is on the market now, right? I think in the haze of the pandemic this didn't get nearly the news coverage it warrants. It's far, far cheaper now, and I assume less likely the insurer will put up a fight.
  3. There was a manager/announcer in the late 90s early aughts who had this incredibly sexy voice and was not a bad looking guy himself just not in stripper shape. Hope that's not the one who got killed.
  4. I seem to have accidentally changed my display to white text on a black background and don't see how to change it back.
  5. How many women has Travolta been linked with vs how many men? I think he might be bisexual, but he sure seems to "round up to gay." given you never hear about affairs with women. At least one of his kids were in vitro IIRC... He could be homosexual and heteroromantic even.
  6. Most guys don't seem to get into the massage biz that early, particularly the formally trained ones. I think you'd have better luck buying your own table and chatting up your local go-go twink and see what he's down for if the age is a real requirement for you.
  7. When I first went to the Gaiety in 1998 the going rate was $150 but what happened varied widely and there were always people (Chris from Baltimore comes to mind - wonder WEHT him...) who played the a la carte pricing game.
  8. I'm not moving any goalposts. You're presuming to know where someone ELSE's goal posts should be. The vast majority of businesspeople in setting their prices are not merely aiming to "make ends meet." They want to get ahead. This kid is setting his price at a point where he's willing to do business. There are always multiple price points at any type of service.
  9. You're not factoring in risk assessment. It's a job with a shelf life for most, also there's the danger aspect of meeting unknown people and possibly law enforcement.
  10. He notes in the ad it's not his full-time job, so he may not be operating in the typical market space. He's got something that's unusual and there are likely SOME customers who will pay a premium for that. The fact that most people don't want to pay that for him doesn't mean there aren't enough people that will to keep him in business.
  11. um...are you new here?
  12. Was that the Devon who had the blog and would talk about his 400 lb client?
  13. supbrohunginto?
  14. If hormones were the only advantage between cisgender men and women, steroids would have closed the gap. They never came close to doing that. I think ultimately a new category is warranted for top-level sports. That said, some horribly anti-trans activists are using this issue for their own broader ugly purposes and that needs to be called out.
  15. Yeah they've heard it all; they're not going to be offended if you ask, the worst that happens is they say no or they quote you a number outside your budget...
  16. First place i saw a stripper. Rob Lee was his name.
  17. Adonis has been on a Wednesday hiatus for a few weeks, not sure when they are starting back.
  18. Meh, don't studies show that in prison and other all-male environments with no other outlet, about a third will dabble? I'd guess that's the rough upper limit on this trend and the sharp increase simply reflects how rapidly general acceptance has increased. A greater fraction of the population feels they don't have anything to fear by being out.
  19. Given the prices and that New Paradise is completely legit, I would not expect any extras at this new spot.
  20. Any current Utopia recs?
  21. From what you've posted, I do think that it appears you are more bothered by the downsides of the profession than most. I'm not saying these "clients" aren't flakes; I'm saying it's something that's not likely to change and you probably need to find a strategy to slough it off because always being pissed off, regardless of justification, is likely to have negative spillover effects on both the business you do get and your everyday life.
  22. I wasn't under the impression Missouri was a particularly good state to be black in period, much less as an escort.
  23. What kills me is when people over 60 with other conditions say stuff like this. I'm like, "You're not going to be around long enough for that to be a concern for you anyway, amd COVID is a particularly nasty way to go."
  24. Sounds more like he's bisexual but heteroromantic. Which is absolutely a thing. Lile the famous line: "I said I'm ATTRACTED to men; I didn't say I LIKE them...:
  25. The Linq Spa is now co-ed so nothing's gonna happen there.
