rvwnsd, Honestly-- 1. Yes, we had talked at length on RM re likes/dislikes, etc., had agreed on a meeting time, length, etc. -- all while typing on a "grown up keyboard." When he wanted the details all over again, I was on the cell with all those tiny buttons and I did not want to type everything all over again with my thumbs. The text chain was to confirm the appointment and specifically mentioned the RM conversation and my RM "handle." 2. I try to be very discreet when I hire out of town while at a convention. But I've had 2 close calls. One time, in North Carolina, I'm headed down the elevator to meet a first-time appointment in the lobby. There are thousands of people at this convention. But just as I get off the elevator, I see my supervisor and she decides she wants to talk. As we talk, I see one of the hottest men I've even had the privilege to see in person come into the lobby and head toward the elevator. I knew it was "my guy." Not sure how but I untangled from the supervisor and met the muscle man without getting outed. In Dallas earlier this year, a new hire was coming directly to my room. 5 minutes before he was due, the fire alarm goes off and I am on about the 10th floor. We all go to the stairs and wait about 5 minutes. As I head back to my room, chatting with several other people from the conference who are rooming on the same floor, I see my hottie get off the elevator and head toward my door. I'm texting feverishly but all he's looking at are room numbers. Again, got through it. How about you? Have you had similar, or worse, close calls?

We chatted when he was in my town and I decided to pass. We talked first via emails through RM and then switched to texts. He asked me questions we had already discussed and I just referred him back to the RM conversations and he got an attitude. I've learned, for me, that this is a sign and it's best to go to the next choice. I'm not paying for attitude, that's free all over the place.

I did, about 2 months ago. He pushed all mine too. Some very nice parts but he the pictures are no longer accurate, he kept me waiting and it, overall, was not an experience I would repeat. He had been on my radar for 2 or more years before that. I love his look in his pictures.
