Apropos to JamesB’s post re: filter/photoshop, to what extent can that trickery alter the appearance of the individual in an ad? Can someone go from a 6 to a 9, or a 7 to a 10? Isn’t the individual limited to just some minor tweaking of the images?

Often providers’ ads will list cities they’re willing to travel to, or simply state they’re willing to travel. For a weekend appointment I’ve flown guys from LA to Dallas. An overnight? Guys will drive from Miami to Orlando. But what about a two hour appointment? Unless the escort acquires lodging for himself (which would cut into the day’s profits) he’s making a round trip drive. 
 

LA to San Diego, and Chicago to Milwaukee are probably reasonable. But how about Chicago to Indianapolis, San Francisco to Reno or LA to Vegas? At what point would an escort not be willing to make that round trip? Obviously extra compensation for a lengthy drive would be included, but when does the round trip drive become unrealistic for a 2 hour appointment?

Of course, the client simply asking is always an answer. But I’d be interested in what escorts reading this have to say, and what clients’ experiences are in this scenario, and what the extra compensation should be.
