His first response to my text was a cut-and-paste boilerplate message that was very impersonal. After that, his replies were very cordial. My work trip got cut short so I could not schedule a session with him but I will try again next time I'm in LA

I've hired CarlosBear and TattoodBeef. Beef is a nice guy and knows what he's doing but we didn't connect. I've seen Carlos twice now and look forward to hiring him again next time I'm in LA.
