How can anyone (provider and clients) think this is acceptable behavior? Even checking once is to much! Don't put it on vibrate, don't put on silent- turn off your fucking phone for an hour. The world will not end if you miss a text message or a call.

What evidence do you have that only a "fraction" are taking PreP consistently? And I'm at a complete loss to understand the second part of your post. If they're in the MSM category, how can they not need to be talking PreP? Finally, if barebacking concerns you, don't do it.

I've reached out to Ryan on both rentmasseur and a4a. Cute guy but he wasn't very personable on either platform so I never followed up with an appointment.
