Your comments about Hello Dolly are way off base. 99% of the reviews were outstanding. I saw it in a preview and was overwhelmed. Midler is NOT too old for the part and her singing was super ! Pierce was so good that A tony is waiting for him. The show is sold out thru August.

Jerry another show you should see when you are in NYC is war paint. I saw it prebroadway in august and was one of the best musicals ever and seeing it again in two errls
Lupone and ebersole are amazing together

Just got my ticket for Bette Midler's Hello Dolly and not cheap!Used StubHub as I wanted to see the show soon (early Apr in Previews) and did not want to wait for Sept or Oct. The show is pretty much sold out until then.And I got an orch seat too.
