I'm baffled by the psychological need that overpowers individuals (other than those in the biz) with the desire to display themselves to the masses in such a base manner.
The first casualty was obviously common sense for a high-profile media personality to engage in such a way on a social media platform.
I wish him well for a full and timely recovery but asking an employer to absorb behavior of this nature is asking a lot.

I saw a video of him from the webcam. He was at home wearing an eye mask and waiting for strangers to come into his apartment, on all fours on his couch. Nice body, but not too well endowed. 
I work in the corporate world, and it’s just not a good idea to mention on social media or elsewhere, your employer. That’s the reason for losing his job. Graphic sexual content is a no-no, and I’m no prude, but it was a lapse of good judgment in his case.
