  1. NICKI Minaj's Pink Friday 2 tour is in crisis as the rapper struggles to sell out any dates for the second leg of her North American tour. The US star recently wrapped up a run of shows across the US and Canada before embarking on the current UK and European leg. Minaj announced last month that her trek is expected to continue in September, two months after the current final stop in Liège, Belgium on July 14. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, she wrote: “The first U.S. leg of the [‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour’] was SO SUCCESSFUL, I was offered a second leg beginning in SEPTEMBER. Sign up now, and [tickets] will go on sale in a few more days." The Barbie World singer will begin phase 2 of her North American tour in Philadelphia ahead of concerts in Pittsburgh, New York, Cleveland, Dallas, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and other cities. The tour is scheduled to wrap up in Queens on October 11. Tickets became available to the general public on May 31 but sales have been slower compared to the successful first phase, with thousands of seats still available. In April, it was announced that the Pink Friday 2 World Tour broke records as the highest-grossing rap tour by a woman and placed in the top 10 highest-grossing rap tours overall. Minaj hopped on Instagram to share her gratitude for her dedicated fans. 2. THE VIEW is really not for you. Time to move on to something else.
  3. He will be in my area this week. Anything at all on him ?
  4. Anything new with him ? He's coming to my area soon.
  5. He's in my area now, and says he's 34 in his ad. So he aged four years in less than a year ?
  6. He's heading back my way this coming week - maybe I'll try to book with him if he shows.
  7. I believe it started as an 'error' in the beginning, and I'm certain the majority of patients don't even question it like I did - they're so used to being presented one of these. But I agree with you - this is why I don't tip 'owners' and 'managers' of service businesses should they wait on me. I don't want to insult them (even though they expect tips).
  8. Oh, I know. As a former small business owner (in the retail industry) I have seen this happen millions of time with profitable companies I dealt with over the years. It was horrible for all involved. I believe the $20 shrimp promotion was the final nail in the coffin - it was an unsustainable promotion which a blind man could see.
  9. Coming to my area soon - anything new in the past 18 months ? Is he nude during the massage ? Is MT allowed ? Is a mutilation / HE part of the erotic experience ?
  10. From what the old locked threads suggest, he should be in his 50s now. Yet he's advertising as 39 ? (Reminds me of another well-known muscle guy who advertises as '34' and turned 50 this year.) He's coming to my area the end of the week - any new experiences with him ?
  11. Whenever I leave a cash tip, I always write "CASH" across the tip line, so whoever is cashing out at the end of the night (manager, server, etc) will see that a cash tip was left on the table. Then if they do fool around with the amount, and you contest it with your bank - you have proof that the only thing written in the tip line was 'cash'.
  12. "Executives at Fortress, which was founded by Edens, Rob Kauffman and Randal Nardone, are poring over Red Lobster’s books in an attempt to figure out why its restaurants are failing, Bloomberg News reported." 'All-you-can-eat-shrimp-for-$20' is why they failed. No restaurant chain can sustain that kind of promo and stay profitable. None.
  13. Any new info on him ? A few reviews say he's better looking in person than in his pictures. True ? (I don't find him all that attractive in his photos).
  14. Back in my area this weekend - anything at all on him ???
  15. He's in my area in mid-August. Anything to share ?
  16. I appreciate this info, but Credit Karma has told me quite different.
  17. No - never. I treat him to dinner (which is equal to a generous tip for his services) but he never charges me for his company. I would stop that immediately.
  18. I've always had a credit score in the 800s, 'excellent credit'. I pay everything on time, more than the minimum, and keep by balances pretty low. Today I checked my credit score with two companies reporting, and my score dropped 20 points to 'very good' through no fault of my own. What was the reason ? After 40 years of having a credit history with JC Penney, they closed my account this week. (I opened the card when I was in college, as a college professor told everyone to open at least a Sears card and JC Penney card - at the time, they were the only two 'national stores' which had locations in just about every state, so if we were traveling for business and our luggage was lost, we could at least buy clothes at a mall nearby, which probably had a Sears or JCP. Plus, Sears had an automotive shop back then in the mid-80s. Pretty sound advice.) I haven't used my JC Penney card in about a decade, because JCP closed their 'underperforming' store in my area, which was a few minutes from my home. The closest one to me is about thirty minutes away - there's nothing in JCP that would lure me to drive thirty minutes. So forty years of excellent credit history has been wiped out thanks to JCP. Six years ago, my credit score was hit when Nordstrom - which I had a credit history with for 20 years - closed their only store in my state. Twenty years of excellent credit history was wiped away with them. When I called and complained, they said that they closed my account because I only shopped their store in my state, never shopped on-line with them, and never shopped in any of their stores in other nearby states. So they believed I was done as a customer, since I proved to be a 'one location brick and mortar' shopper. Great. (Same thing happened to my aunt back then). As for Sears, they closed my account when they closed all their stores in my area about fifteen years ago -can't recall if it hit my credit score as hard back then. But it was about 25 years of excellent history wiped out.
  19. WOW - what happened ? Did you return the counterfeit bill to them ?
  20. This is more of a rant, as well as a question... This weekend, our state is celebrating PRIDE - we attract thousands of people each year (many from out of state), as it has really grown into a major event over the years. From out cities to our beachfront communities (I live in RI) they're celebrations everywhere, and the hospitality industry smartly uses this to their advantage to kick off the summer season. The only thing missing this year are... traveling providers. Every year, there is usually a plethora of traveling escorts / masseurs who are advertising for the weekend (Fri - Mon). It's an embarrassment of riches, and I usually treat myself to some great guys over the weekend. When I meet up with the providers, I always ask if they're busy for the weekend and if the trip to RI was worth it. Everyone of them always answers 'yes' - better than they expected (and they love the fact they can go to our beaches). So I've been checking out the ads on RentMen, RentMasseur, Masseurfinder this week and hardly any providers visiting this area (many in Boston, but the celebrations are in RI and I - and my friends - want to hire in RI so the providers spend their money in our local areas, which is positive for event planners for next year). Only a few are visiting so far, and then the few in-state providers are advertising. Can it be a lot of providers are choosing not to visit Pride events this summer ? Or are they just not traveling as often as they did in years past ? Or are they just avoiding my area for some reason ? (Side note - a friend of mine lives / works in Provincetown MA year round. Their Pridefest kicked off May 31 and ends this Sunday - he said it's been slim pickings the past two weeks; not nearly the number of visiting providers as in years past.)
  21. Here's a story to share... When I owned my gift store, I had a 'regular' who was very high-maintenance. She usually paid in credit card, but on this particular occasion she paid with three $100 bills. Aside from my employee, we were the only ones in the store. As with all customers paying with big bills - whether they were first-timers or regulars - I pulled out my 'special pen' and drew a line across the bill to make sure these bills weren't counterfeit. This woman had a hissy fit. She told me I insulted her, she was one of my 'best customers', and how dare I check her money as though she was 'a common criminal'. On and on and on... When she finally stopped, I calmly explained to her: "When I go to my bank, the bank I've been doing business with for twenty years, and I go to the business teller window - the same teller who has taken my deposit from me each day for twenty years - she will take out a similar pen and do the same thing in front of me. I'm not going to tell her she insulted me, I'm not going to tell her I'm her best customer, and I'm not going to tell her she treated me like 'a common criminal'. She has a job to do, and so do I - neither of us know where the money originated." She was dumbfounded - and that shut her up. Unfortunately, she continued coming in my store and being a pain in the ass.
  22. The same with me. There are a few I've become friendly with - one is from out of town, saves me for his last appointment and at the end of the appointment (usually around 8 pm) I take him out to dinner (a particular family-owned Italian restaurant in my area he really enjoys). Aside from the services he provides, I really enjoy his company and the conversations we have - we love catching up with each other. That said, after the appointment, and before we head to the shower to 'clean up', I always hand him his fee in cash. He says 'thank you' and puts it aside in his suitcase. I tell him he has to count it in front of me - it's a business deal, and with any business, I expect him to count what I gave him to make sure it's correct. He seems reluctant to do it, always says "I trust you" and and I insist he count it right then and there. Once that is over, we head to the shower and then to dinner. I do the same with every provider I hire - whether I'm a repeat client or not, I insist they count the money in front of me. It's business.
