  1. Just remember 'some body worship' in your massage session may be either off-limits (might be considered outside the parameters of 'mutual touching') or charged an extra fee. I've had guys tell me both of these 'reminders' in a very polite way. I confess, I should have asked before the appointment got started. Then again, there are those who encourage it and are somewhat disappointed if you don't take advantage of their bodies. I remember one provider who I met for the first time this summer told me at the start of the appointment that mutual touching is allowed, 'and by that I mean you can touch every part of my body with your hands or your mouth - whatever you prefer'. It made an incredible session. So ask up front when you make the appointment.
  2. This post was originally from the diary of Miss Blanche Elizabeth Devereaux, of Miami FL, 1985-1992.
  3. I saw him a few times when he used to be in my area for business, before the pandemic. (Since then he's not coming up to RI that much). He was very polite, and interesting to talk to. I don't know anything about his massage skills, as he would always offer an 'escort' experience at no extra charge, and I would take him up on his offer (he was very affordable - not sure how much he charges now). His anatomical parts are on the smaller side, yet he does know how to please a guy with what he has. Anyway, he was okay - quite honestly, a little too 'feminine' for my liking. I do advise you to Facetime him the day of the appointment - he changes his appearance (especially hair color) quite frequently.
  4. Now here's a destination hotel you never see given away as a 'travel package' on Wheel of Fortune !
  5. You sound like a smart business man, and run this as a business (as you should). Too many guys - especially the new ones - run it as a 'hobby'. Hard to build a clientele that way.
  6. He's been running the same ad for a couple of years now. Has never updated his photos or age. Always runs his ad in Providence.
  7. With regulars, I still ask what's best for them. If they work around my schedule, I appreciate. I also let the regulars know if they need to move me (especially the visiting guys), I can be flexible - I know they're probably trying to book 90 and 120 minute appointments as well as my one hour appointment, and I wouldn't want them to lose out.
  8. When I check out a provider's ad, I always look to see what payment options they take, as I may not have cash on me (more often than not, I don't have the cash on me). They sometimes post their options in RentMen and Rent Masseur, they always post them in Masseurfinder. It's easy this way - narrows down my choices as I know which apps I can use. If I can't find it in their ad, I inquire about the pay app options via text, which they almost always respond with, "I take everything". I then let them know what I want to use for the appointment and they respond with 'ok'. A few times now, I've tried to pay them with Zelle, as either their ad said they took it, or they responded with 'everything'. Both times the provider said, 'What else do you have ? I don't like to take Zelle'. Same experience with PayPal and Venmo, at times. They ask for ApplePay, which I don't have and don't want. If you prefer not to take these - why list them in your ad ? Why tell me you take them, or why affirm with an 'ok' when I'm booking the appointment ? A few times now, when they say they'd rather not take that particular cash app, I let them know it's in their ad or they said they did in our texting - and that's all I have. They reluctantly take it. Why play this game ? (I've seen this complaint on other message forums, as well, so it's not just me.)
  9. This was rather interesting to read: This couple plan to return to the US after their dream life in France became a ‘nightmare’ | CNN WWW.CNN.COM They moved to France from San Francisco and planned to spend the rest of their lives there. But just 12 months later, Joanna McIsaac-Kierklo and her...
  10. When I call to make an appointment for a haircut (like I did yesterday), or call to make a doctor / dentist appointment, vet appointment, groomer appointment, or an appointment to service my car, they tell me what their next available appointment is - they never ask me what day / time I'm looking for, since it doesn't make a difference running their business. My availability really doesn't matter to them if they're booked. I called yesterday for a haircut (same place I've been going for four years, same woman). I was hoping to get in before the holiday weekend and I admit it's my fault for calling later than I should. The woman who cuts my hair said (very professionally, which others may call curtly), "My next available is next Saturday at 11 am." I muttered something about hoping to get in before Thanksgiving, and she said "I'm all booked. Do you want next Saturday at 11 ? Otherwise I have the following Wednesday at 5..." I had to choose between those two, or I could start calling around looking for a new place to go, hoping they could accommodate me, check their pricing, etc. My availability and preferences had no importance to her - she was booked. So I took next Saturday. Same with providers - they should tell me their availability and if it works with my schedule, I'll book. If not, and I need a massage that week - I have two options: Make their availability work into my schedule, or I'll check out other guys who may have been my alternate choices . My availability should be of no importance to the provider.
  11. Maybe I'm the odd man out, but I don't find the doctor all that attractive in the OP.
  12. You missed the show this past week where these hosts had this discussion. As Whoopi pointed out - we are in a 'fight or flight' mode since November 5, and she (as well as the others) are opting to stay and fight for our country, and encourages everyone to do the same. As one host said, 'Why should anyone leave their country ? You stay and fight the wrong for what is right.' I believe they were discussing Eva Longoria who moved to Mexico and Spain this summer (she owns homes in both countries) and has rented out her American homes. Longoria said it had nothing to do with politics, but quality of life and business opportunities for her.
  13. I believe they do (at least my straight friends who are Millennials). Same reasoning (hygiene) plus sports / exercise (if you are runner, tennis player, etc. you have an advantage with a clean-shaven body).
  14. This compilation lives up to its title - each song included is the 'radio edit' single in her catalog, so these are the edited versions played 'on the radio'. In the past, her GH albums were all different edits (mostly album cuts). Will this make enough of a difference for her fans to buy ? Not to this longtime fan.
  15. SHOCKED ! SHOCKED, I tell you. In this upside down universe we live in, watch this pick up a slew of Tony nominations next Spring and even win some.
  16. I think it spread to every body type over the decades. I know a few younger guys who I've hired (not muscular) say it's for hygienic reasons. One guy in his late 20s said he doesn't feel 'clean' with his body hair or crotch hair.
  17. There's one visiting provider I hire all the time. Mediterranean gorgeous looks, and olive skin. Jet black hair on his head and green eyes. Muscled, fit body. Then he takes his clothes off and not one hair below his neck. Not one. I can only imagine what he looks like 'natural' (which he has told me he's naturally hairy).
  18. I have to say, this has been an unusually warm October / November in my area (though that's about to change starting tomorrow). I live near a college campus, and my neighborhood has plenty of 'off campus' housing (for the most part, the students are decent and neighborly, though sometimes not too well-behaved). It's been such a pleasure to see the guys jogging through my streets with no shirt on, and showing off muscular hairy chests and hairy legs. It's like when I was a little kid growing up in the 70s and seeing 'older guys' (college age) with hairy chests on the beaches. Let's hope it continues.
  19. November 17, 1994 - Glenn Close opened on Broadway in 'Sunset Boulevard' to stellar reviews which turned into a Tony winning performance. One reviewer said, "the mansion has landed", crediting the decadent, state-of-the-art moving mansion as the real star of the show. There was more 'behind the scenes' drama over this Andrew Lloyd Webber musical than any other show which had opened on B'way, and probably since. Too bad there was no internet then - we would have had front row seats to all the drama.
  20. A lot of the celebrities I have heard the past week have said America is in a 'fight or flight' frame of mind, and the ones I've heard on TV are staying to fight for America.
  21. Turner had moved to Switzerland many years ago, for numerous reasons (none of them over who was President of the USA). One reason was financial, the other was her career (which waned in the US by the 1990s, but not in Switzerland).
  22. The only celeb I know (so far) who moved out of the country was actress Eva Longoria, who now resides in both Spain and Mexico (but is still a US citizen) this past summer. She still owns property in the US, but is not living there or planning on moving back any time soon. She was interviewed the other day.
  23. Thanks ! I missed some of her interviews last year when she was promoting her memoir, and never heard these quotes from the Colbert interview.
  24. Craig Melvin, the sexy 45 year old cohost of the third hour of today (along with Al Roker and Dylan Dwyer) has been announced as the replacement for Hoda Kotb when she leaves NBC after 26 years, on January 6. Kotb, 60, announced she was leaving the show and the network back in early September. Melvin will replace Hoda on the first hour of 'Today', which she cohosts with Savannah Guthrie. He will also take over the fourth hour of 'Today' at 11 am EST when he cohosts with Jenna Bush Hager, competing for audience share with ABC's "The View" (which has beaten 'Today' in that time slot consistently for years in the ratings). Melvin had his own morning show on MSNBC, when he was tapped to move over to 'Today' in the summer of 2018. He was reportedly earning $2M a year to host the morning show, and will now earn somewhere between $3M - $4M in Hoda's chair, according to sources.
