I know this post is a year old, but I thought I had to respond. I've only experienced Argentinian and Brazilian escorts. The fees asked for have been way less than those requested in the USofA. Rentmen guys in those two countries expect being paid what their counterparts in the US request. But, if you engage the services of guys who are at the various saunas, their rates are far, far cheaper, under $100 U.S. If you obtain escorts from the gay escort sites in the various countries and do not speak the language, expect your requested fee to be higher.
