His profile on Scruff is hawking something called "EMSCULPT" that sounds super sketch.

His profile pics include not one, but TWO pics of a TheraGun type device which to me indicates limited or zero actual massages skill / training. I once tried a new guy who started out working on my back with a TheraGun to "loosen me up." He proceeded to spend 30 of the 60 minutes using it over my entire body. Not what I signed up for. That's not a "massage."

The guy in this picture was in LA for a while a few years back. Used to see him at Gold's Hollywood. I recall he had profiles on RentMen and RentMasseur with combinations of "Turkish," "Top," "XL," etc. that had headless torso pics that were above and beyond the physique in the pics with his face. Case in point -- uncropped version of 'his' current one and only RentMasseur profile pic attached below. Definitely not the same guy.

Once again this board spared me wasting time/money on a scammer. I ran a reverse image search on the one profile pic and found this thread from 2018 which corroborates the negative comments above. In a similar vein, I find it frustrating that both RentMasseur and MasseurFinder have Los Angeles and West Hollywood as separate "regions" and while most providers in the area list themselves in both, there so some who only have their profile in one of the other so you do not get complete local search results without doing separate searches for both Los Angeles and West Hollywood.

This photo looks like it was taken surreptitiously without his knowledge and as such should not be posted publicly in this forum -- and should be removed by a moderator. He may be off-season and not currently ready to step on a stage for competition but that tshirt is straining to contain his pecs and delts and veiny biceps. Either way he is a ruggedly handsome man. Gay or straight, I assume a lot of providers rely on Caverject to 'perform.' I concur with @acks0104 -- it sounds like this client was an "emptor" who did not "caveat" thoroughly enough, resulting in buyer's remorse.

I am confused -- you indicated that it is a therapuetic experience first and foremost yet his profile has the Therapeutic, Sensual AND Erotic boxes all checked and also states "I use pleasure centers of the body to encourage opening, releasing, and connecting with one's own vital sensual and *seggsual energy"...?

CavePatrol has now cropped his face out of his RentMasseur profile pictures so I am thinking that posting not only his face but also his partner's (who has deleted his RM profiles) is kind of a violation of their privacy and the forum's TOS.

That is exactly what it is. Thanks for your detective work @ChrisD -- the catfishing on Scruff and Grindr is getting out of hand. Tried to look up this profile on Scruff to report it and got no results searching for the profile name "L10" but when I plugged in the stats -- which are very specific with "202" as his weight, THREE profile came up with the same stolen pic. ("Greetings" 2nd pic is the same sunglasses pic used by "L10," "CityGuy" and "HairyJames.")

Pic #4 -- B&W with face -- is the only one that I think is the actual provider. Pic #1 appears to be Big Fucking Geno and Pic #5 is a Middle Eastern or Turkish model but I can't remember his name at the moment.
