Con: After the massage and a shower, as I was getting dressed I looked at my watch. It had been only 50 minutes. For the price he charges, shorting on time is inexcusable.

Finally got back to me: outcalls only @$400/hour.

Actually, they knew nothing about the Lucerne, etc. ahead of time, but were able to bring enough force to bear to get the city to move all the homeless out of the Lucerne and to move the sex offenders out of the Belleclaire. I don't know from personal experience, but from the discussion on Squirt there's still activity in the Ramble.
