I don’t think it’s local, because the dude selling it as a side hustle has no base of operations and is always traveling. I guess it’s possible he only sells where it’s popular. Your “sure thing” idea is probably right. Even with pills, you probably can’t always guarantee performance on demand, especially with a provider’s schedule. I’m 40 and since October 2021, I’ve lost 100 pounds, from 310 to 210. I started this little hobby when I was around 260.
