I believe the guy is a fake. If you ask for verification he blocks you. Reverse image search on his pics bring up a Instagram of a guy in New York(but his phone number is from Florida) who is years younger. I'm guessing https://rent.men/Matthewstrongg is fake as well because of similar account creation times and pic style.
