That was enough to put me off. 

I had exactly the same experience. I looked at his profile and he wrote back to me and because I didn’t respond he sent me a message calling me a “douche bag” and blocked me.

I would only add never deviated from the repertoire that he knew what right for his voice. He knocked back all the offers to sing “glamorous “ roles like Calaf, Otello etc.
