I've been recently and it's best just not to meet boys there. The risk is too high and I would rather not know the outcome of getting caught. I spent 14 days there just enjoying the history and I did use Grinder there two times there but no face photos when chatting and you ask for Instagram to confirm that the person is real there and not a local law official trying to apprehend gays. Also, meet the person in a public place and try to meet other boys traveling there from the west a well. That's the safe way to meet people there from what my friend from Cairo recommended to me.
