The article was published in January, 2016 more than two years prior to FOSTA/SESTA being passed. Not sure of the connection between the two.

I had intended to furnish the current writing and link from the author. The link I presented was a former report that he referenced in his current report.

I think this most recent issue has more to do with racism than SESTA/FOSTA. Maybe the flight attendant assumed sex trafficking of a very young child was involved, but more than likely the flight attendant simply assumed the child was kidnapped since the color of the skin and last name of the child didn't match the mother.

My friend from St. Louis who loves her "failing" neighborhood public school carries her children's birth certificates with her whenever she flies for this very reason. She's white, but her husband is black and her kids are very obviously biracial but at least superficially don't look much like her.
