I’m not sure that’s a confederate flag tattoo… if you’re talking about the tat on his hip. The confederate flag has 2 crisscrossing blue strips with white stars. For one that tat isn’t flagged shaped, it has one thick banner across it and if you zoom in closely on it, it looks like letters inside the blue banner.
