Both the Instagram and Twitter handles include the name he uses in his ad. His ad states he is from Texas and so do his Instagram and Twitter. Neither his Instagram nor his Twitter state he is in Houston right now. I don't see anything indicating the Instagram, Twitter, and RentMen accounts belong to different people.

A bit more investagating...the one review on Rentmen says the photos are not accurate. Also latest instagram post was from 42 minutes ago with location in Houston.
