I’ve wondered about tipping up front as well but never have because it feels a little yucky. But is this a thing?

Totally agree! I see Jay weekly and he is one of the best masseurs in the city. I dont need to negotiate any type of transaction because its understood what the expectations are. He told me he had some idiot that left him 17% last week and expected... well lets just say a lot more than they offer. I always tip 100% of the fee and always leave satisfied.

I have done it. During the massage, I say something like “I hope we can do more next time?” And if he says yes, then my tip is higher than what I would give for the service that was actually provided, and handed with a wink.

Max doesn’t have to be Ben’s widower to be a manager. Yura and Antonio were not married to Ben. You can be snippy and delete your post if you like but the guy in that pic is not Max and definitely isn’t his husband. It would be kind of weird for Ben to be holding up his marriage certificate with the witness to his wedding…

Had a massage with Oliver at 27 location yesterday. Good looking Croatian guy. Massage was pretty decent , no tip request or negotiation which was nice after my last experience. There was  HE but very mechanical.
