I made arrangements but he didn’t show up. He texted hours later but by then I had found a replacement.

 

Same as far as verification- sent a photo via text.

I'll try and get something arranged with him when I'm in Chicago in a couple weeks.

 

Did you ever meet this guy? I had some email exchanges with him but never set anything up.

I chatted with him through Rentmen to set something up while I was in Chicago, and it looked promising. Then the next day his RM account was gone. I guess I scared him off.
