So contacted Kevin. Seemed to be a canned response. Also someone else on here also got a very generic response. No inmediate red flag but still I think I will pass.

3 months ago Kev did respond, set an appointment two days in advance then an hour prior asks if its "ok" that his roommate is going to be in the other room. It was "ok" with him; but not with me.

Although it was a last minute notice to you, I do admire the fact that he asked you before you arrived if it was okay. (maybe he expected to have the place to himself, and at the last minute could not.) I have had masseurs not ask, and I show up and there is a roommate in the other room. So kudos to him that he checked with you beforehand.
