You have to ask about the escort by posting. You have to do your own research. From checking the providers phone number and doing reverse photo searches. You agree to meet in lobby before going to room. This is just the start. Others can probably give you additional pointers.

Those pictures are of a pretty well known and successful German bodybuilder. While it's not impossible, I doubt it's actually him. It's far more likely that someone took his pics from one of the many sites he's on and is using them, which is probably why this person is also going to smaller towns. Since it's less likely the people in smaller towns would know who he really is or even call him on it when meeting if he doesn't match the pics.

If you are new, I would suggest only going for escorts who have had at least 2 reviews on Daddy's or this forum (or some other place that is like it - if there is).

His pics didn't appear in a cursory online search. The name is an interesting clue since Israman is an iron distance triathlon in Israel. Quite a few Germans regularly compete in it. Maybe "Yosef" / Israman is the real guy behind both profiles. Or, maybe a successful German bodybuilder met "Yosef" at an Israman, fell in love, and decided to travel together to America to be escorts in 2nd-tier American cities.

I didn't get anything from a phone search. Reverse image search turned up nothing. Sometimes guys will flip their pics to mirror images so that they won't turn up in a reverse image search. I tried flipping a few of his prior to searching, but I still got no hits.

I have seen the pattern before for fakes. It is the same faker who posts multiple similar ads.

The ad is fake. I live in arkansas, he came here on Sunday night. I kept pressing him about his pics. He finally sent me a pic holding up 5 Fingers, and it was not the same guy. And I said thank you for being honest, but I'll pass.
