I can't recommend a particular practitioner, but I've never had a bad massage at Kabuki Hot Springs. Strictly therapeutic, though.

I had some sort of bath service at Kabuki once and was shocked that it actually meant the guy was going to bathe me while I was butt naked! I was a newbie and had never heard about that or scrubs... I thought I would be left to do that by myself.

At PSY health town in San Leandro you are scrubbed while laying on a table naked. No extras and the the workers are older anyways. I have not tried it though. Not sure how I would feel about being scrubbed naked in an open area (though men's section only).
