No legal line that I can think of, but I wish everyone of them would cross the street and come over to my place and we can talk about it.

As I understand the rules as they have been implented at this site, no aroused cock shots and no actual sex can be protrayed (at least for now) If I am wrong about this I hope someone higher up will clarify the picture (sorry for the pun ;( ) for us.

Actually, the current legal snafu revolves around record-keeping. As originally written, the law says this site would have to have legal proof of age on file for every "pornographic" image whether posted by Daddy or by you guys.

 

There isn't enough clerical help in the country to handle the record-keeping burden that represents.

 

However, the new "secondary producer" definition has been provisionally struck down and that's the part that drags this site into hot water. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing has been resolved completely and it's all still being argued by lawyers.

 

When you're done sending money to relief organizations for various natural disasters, send a few bucks to the Free Speech Coalition. They're making visible progress on this.

 

And no, none of these images would be a problem. :7

Most of them are relatively safe to the best of my understanding. It's all going to boil down to what is the legal defination of "lascivious exhibition of the genitals".

 

In the case of these photos, What I see is a model displaying some very nice examples of swim/under wear. Of course, there are many people across the USA that would disagree.

Nope, sorry. But I have seen a style they have, which of course has a name I can't remember, where the cock is draped. Maybe it had to be by law and they made an art of it, maybe not. However, it is the only kind I remember seeing come out in magazines from - and I can't remember whether it's Japan or China but I think it's Japan.
